The members of the performance group spare / room Julie Flohr, Michael Starmayr and Katharina Zanon linger in the field between room and place. Using frame and movement, they release time from its sequences.

In the artworks stare / room, Z and ZZ, spare / room is focusing on the reactions on concentrated non-reacting. The contrasting performance A! adds a vividly uncomfortable form of opposition  to the peaceful environment.
